Detail-oriented Student Assistant with flair for IT

Does your attention to detail enable you to notice things other people miss? Do you naturally work in a structured way? And do you want to challenge yourself in an international environment? Then you might be our new Student Assistant responsible for testing our software solutions.

QA on software solutions

You will become part of the Product Development team in Minerva that is focused on developing software solutions for the medical device and high-tech electronic industries.

As Student Assistant, you will be responsible for testing the solutions to ensure that everything works as intended, documenting the results and communicating your findings back to the team. You will work closely with the rest of the team, and you will also have other administrative tasks to support them.

You will:

  • Execute tests for the solutions
  • Create QA reports by assembling information
  • Create screenshots and other images for QA reports and training material
  • Assist in creating training material and user guides
  • Assist in reviewing material

You’ll work an average of 15 hours a week and have a great degree of influence on when and where you complete your assignments. You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus.

Structured and detail-oriented

You’ll test the solutions by acting as a user following a scenario that’s described by one of your colleagues. This means that you do not need to have experience with testing before joining us. Naturally, you must have a flair for and interest in IT, but your most important skills are your ability to work in a structured way and your great attention to detail.

As you will be working in an international team environment, it is important that you’re fluent in English and able to work collaboratively with people across Europe. An important part of testing is communication, so it’s important that you’re able to write clearly and understandably.

Your educational background is not important, but you must have at least 1 year left of your studies.
