Recruitment from A-Z in 7 countries
As Recruitment Consultant, you play a central role in ensuring the continued growth of Minerva around the world. Your main focus will be to recruit new employees in our 7 countries together with your two HR colleagues ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process from start to finish.
- Search for potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create job advertisements
- Screen applications
- Conduct interviews
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process
Our employees are mainly highly skilled IT professionals, and you will therefore focus on recruiting this type of profile. During your work, you will offer feedback on how we can make the recruitment process more efficient. Your work will reflect our employer brand, which you offer input to improve.
You are based in Aarhus, Denmark. From this base you will support Minerva around the world. We currently have employees in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK and the US. You’ll be recruiting in most of these countries, which makes your work day very varied. We do not expect you to have experience recruiting in these countries in advance.
Experience with search and selection
You have experience recruiting highly specialized profiles preferably in the IT industry. You have gained this experience by working as an in-house recruitment consultant or from a recruitment agency. Your experience covers the recruitment process from A-Z. Experience with search is a requirement.
You complete your tasks with a high degree of structure, and your service-oriented nature ensures that you always strive to help the organization achieve its goals. Life in Minerva moves quickly, so you must thrive in a role where tasks and priorities don’t stay the same.
As you will be working in an international setting, fluency in both English and Danish is required. If you understand French and/or German, it will be an advantage, as France and Germany are important markets for us. Flexibility is also important, as we span different time zones, which you must accommodate.
