Business Analyst

A key role in delivering value and quality to our clients. The Business Analyst is the customer's face of Minerva and is essential for the success of our projects. We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst, who will be responsible for capturing customer requirements coming from sales and our current clients

Our clients are primarily working within the manufacturing industries, so it is a key requirement for the new Business Analyst to have previous experience in a manufacturing company or related industry. You need to know the processes and challenges that typically face companies in that industry.

Further, the ideal candidate should be able to evaluate and describe them as Functional Requirements in a way that the Solution Architect can translate into Technical Requirements.

The challenge as a Business Analyst is knowing a little bit about the whole process so you can support the company from cradle to the grave

You Will

  • Support the customer in gathering requirements, both functional and non-functional, which later on should be handed over to the Solution Architect
  • Capture, handle and challenge requirements
  • Lead workshops and spend a lot of time on site at the customer, working in close collaboration
  • Support the process of requirements gathering and ensure these requirements meet the client's needs
  • Take clients’ best interest first and bridge it with our products
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, monitor, discover issues and deliver better value to the client
  • Implement clients’ business processes using model based IT solution from Aras Innovator PLM

You Have

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in the field of Computer Science and/or related field
  • A background as a Business Analyst or similar in IT related environments
  • Firm competencies in training and leading workshops with clients
  • A solid background in IT related Projects
  • Experience from a consultancy role is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills including ability to motivate and manage others
  • Understanding of business processes as a whole
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Superb attention to details, structure and organization
  • Great skills at Stakeholder and Change Management
  • Experience within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM system) is an advantage

LOCATION:

  • remotely from any parts of Sweden, Germany, France and the US

or

  • At one of our offices in Europe or California, USA

TRAVELLING:

You will spend 25-30% of your time on site with customers
